I think like this because it's easy to control the aircraft. If you reduce speed to M .70, you have to use more travel movement of control surface to maintain the altitude or attitude of aircraft. And the second one that i had checked from AOM of the others (airline from WEB, the most are used M.72 or M.73..
AOM was written by copying turbulence speed from b737-200(280/m.70).it should be corrected immediately because all the instructor must tell students the actual digit,right?
