Do you know that 5 landings a day unacceptable ?

I diverted from USM to URT due to low visibility and rain at USM.As soon as the weather at USM improved, we flew back to USM. After airborne back to BKK, I contacted THAI operation for our ETA, as usual. OP told us that all the crew including cockpit crew could go home after finishing TG 286 flight. They told me that 5 landings per day was out of rule!!! Have you ever heard this? please comment if you know something about it. our perdiem  was changed to 1100 baht instead of 4000 something!!!
