HS-TDH bang noise from left side of the fuselage

during climb,passing fl170, bang noise was heard from forward left side of the fuselage. engine parameter normal.After landing ,checked by licensed engineer,no damage was found at the fuselage and engine. after consulting with LAE, it may be problem with flow control valve incorrect position during climb( stuck opened when reaching 2psi) and then closed violently at high differential pressure.or may be duct tape that covered supply air sent to cool flightdeck instrument( LAE found that it was laid down to contact with flight control cable below flight deck) stuck with the cable . please observe this phenomenon when you fly this acft.
