left "pack"light illuminated before cont cabin and aft cabin "zone temp" lights illuminated on TDH

Flight to GAYA and VNS .during taxi out from GAYA , LEFT "PACK" light illum. 3minutes after that, both CONT CAB and AFT CAB "ZONE TEMP" light illum. malfunction checklists performed. I continued flight to VNS with cruise at FL 100 for safety reason. After landing at VNS, our licensed engineer found that fault occured at pack controller computer in E/E compartment,but could be resetted at the box. Flight resumed normal back to BKK.
